The Sisters of Bon Secours, USA, are seeking an Executive Director of Mission and Business to lead our organization and advance our mission. This dynamic leader will report directly to the Area Leader and foster strong relationships with the Sisters of Bon Secours. The ED will oversee the administration and business operations of our ministries in the USA, including development and fundraising, communications, human resources, our chapel and the Bon Secours Retreat and Conference Center.
Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills are essential, along with a fundamental understanding of religious life and a personal value system that aligns with our philosophy and mission. The ideal candidate will be Master’s prepared with at least eight years of progressive leadership experience and demonstrated success in nonprofit leadership, preferably within a faith-based or Catholic context. This position is based in Marriottsville, Maryland, and is not remote or virtual.
